These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through this website, operated by GripGo. By placing an order on the website, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 1 — Products

GripGo offers vehicle mobility assistance handles and related accessories for sale. The essential features of each product are described on its respective product page.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes. GripGo reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the price in effect when the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Orders

The customer confirms their order after reviewing the contents of their shopping cart, the total price, and the delivery conditions. The order becomes final only after payment has been confirmed.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online when the order is placed using one of the payment methods available on the website. All transactions are secure.

Article 5 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order, within the time frame specified on the website. GripGo shall not be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. Return procedures are detailed in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Article 7 — Warranties

Products are covered by statutory warranties of conformity and protection against hidden defects, as well as any additional commercial warranties specified on the relevant product pages.

Article 8 — Liability

GripGo shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfil the agreement in the event of force majeure, disruption, or a total or partial strike affecting postal services, transportation, and/or communications.

Article 10 — Disputes

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws applicable in the country where the store operates. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings are initiated.
